If the Nile is Egypt's lifeline, then sailboats are its blood cells. Since time immemorial ships of one sort or another have been the major form of transportation, carting people and goods up and down its length. Our journey is in Cairo ( the Egyptian capital) and Alexandria which is considered our second capital, with a visit to the timeless pyramids, the nearby Sphinx, and the massive Egyptian museum to enjoy seeing the treasures of king Tut –ankh-amon! And the royal mummy room!
Then we will continue our tour by visiting Alexandria on the Mediterranean sea where we can swim and enjoy the second massive city in Egypt which is famous by the sea food and the nice people. In our stay in that city we will visit the Roman tombs and theatre which dates back to the second century and the fortress of the Memluc Ruler ( sultan Quitbay) which built over the remains of the old light house. Also we have a nice day in the old Islamic cairoAll in all, this trip offers a great mixture of activity, culture and fun! Itinerary
